  • Acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms

    1.The service rendered are based on the terms set forth here (herein mentioned as “the service”). The completion of membership registration or usage of the service implies that you have read, understood and accepted all the terms as described here, and have agreed to accept all the terms in full extent, including the current service and all the future services that may occur. Men-Chuen Fibre Industry Co., Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms at any time. Any updates or changes of the terms will be posted on the website. Members will not be notified individually. It is advised that members visit the website and review the terms periodically. After such change, continual usage of the services provided by the website implies that such update on the terms are read, understood and accepted by the member. If you do not agree with any of the terms or the manner of update/change of the terms, please stop using the service immediately.

  • 2.If a member is under 20 years of age, the parent or guardian shall read, understand and accept all the terms before completion of registration or usage of any of the services provided. After each update/change of the terms, if a person under 20 years of age continues to use the services provided here, it implies that the parent or guardian has read, understood and accepted with all the changes of terms posted on the website.

  • 3.The mutual agreement between members and Men-Chuen Fibre Industry Co., Ltd. regarding all the terms and contracts of the services set forth are communicated electronically.

  • 4.Under Personal Information Protection Act, Article 8, in order to protect personal information, privacy and consumer rights of all the members, members shall be notified of the following regarding personal information used during transactions:
    The purpose of data collection –
    the purposes of data collection are as follows: marketing and sales; consumer and customer management and service; on-line purchase and digital marketing service, survey and statistical analysis. The specific purpose and the classification of personal information of the Personal Information Protection Act, article 040, 090, 148 and 157)。Men-Chuen Fibre Industry Co., Ltd. will collect personal information during membership registration and transaction processes.
    Personal information collected –
    Code 001 Type for identifying individuals: Name, address, telephone number, e-mail address.
    Code 011 Individual description: Age, gender, date of birth.

  • 5.If a member has not logged into his/her acoount for over 180 days, the membership account will be temporarily deactivated. If the member wish to re-activate the account, please contact Men-Chuen for assistance.
